If you’re ready to drive performance and lead search strategies, apply to join us.What you will do:Collaborate with different clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their SEA strategiesWork closely with our paid social experts to develop comprehensive media plans that integrate search, display, and social advertisingEnsure that analytics, tracking, and reporting are seamlessly incorporated to measure and optimize performanceImplement and manage digital web trackingConduct thorough analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insightsWhat we expect:3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within agencies (for intermediate roles)Proven expertise in search engine advertising (SEA), including campaign setup, management, and optimizationStrong skills in tracking and analytics is essential, with proven experience in tools like Google Tag Manager and AdverityExperience with data visualization (Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau)Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plusFluent German and English skillsWillingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetingsFor this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of €38,000 (for intermediate level) and €50,000 for senior roles, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.What we offer:Team eventsYou and your team members each get 200 € per year for team activities.Leadership programApply for our annual 1-year leadership program, focusing on personal development and improving leadership skills.Remote or VI officeYou decide if you want to work from home, the VI office, or a mix of both.VI location hoppingWork one week per year from any other VI office of your choice – Freiburg, Munich, Porto, or Vienna.
