Want to join us?Your new roleAs we continue to grow and expand our product offerings to the market, the Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for:Effectively positioning and differentiating our existing products in the marketPlanning and delivering effective GTM marketing strategies for new product launches and critical feature enhancementsPartnering with, and supporting, sales and campaign marketing teams to meet revenue targetsThis role is a maternity leave cover role for 12 months.What you’ll be doingStrategizeDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including competitive analysis, positioning, messaging and sales enablement.Work with the Marketing Director and audience experts to refine product positioning and messaging for existing solutionsDevelop product and market expertise to support the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and outreachUnderstand the competitive marketplace and how we differentiate ourselvesDeliver go-to-market plans for critical product enhancementsAnalyze market research and adapt and inform strategies as appropriateStay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunitiesCreation and deliveryConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, message testing and opportunities for product differentiation.Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and PR, to generate leads and drive demand.Drive product and critical feature launches and coordinate all marketing activities to ensure successful execution and maximum impact.Ensure delivery of effective product content that effectively promotes the product value proposition e.g. case studies, use cases, videos, infographics, product-specific blog posts, web copyCreate effective sales enablement materials e.g. battlecards, playbooks, collateralProduce engaging, compelling, and solution-led marketing collateral that effectively promotes the product offering and meets the needs of target customersOversee the rollout of product prompts in Intercom to improve the app experience and product communicationAnalyze and report on key metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategiesKeep up to date with competitor developments, look to apply these insights to positioning/messaging/support collateral, and feed into sales battlecardsCollaboration and communicationEngage regularly with internal stakeholders, including product, PSMs, sales and marketing teams, to present market research, communicate launch plans and product messaging and positioning to drive revenue growthPartner with the sales team to develop sales collateral, tools, and training materials that support the selling process and drive customer engagement.Effectively brief agencies to create compelling collateral that communications product valueRegularly meet with customer-facing stakeholders to listen and understand the needs of the customer and product feedback in order to optimize marketing plans and collateralOversee internal and external comms for new product developments and features, including effective briefs to internal teams like pressLeadershipManage and mentor a Product Marketing Executive, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and delivery.What you’ll bring to the roleYou will be:Inquisitive, proactive and a creative thinker willing to share, listen to and develop new ideas.Collaborative with experience working with multiple stakeholders.Able to juggle and prioritize competing demands and changing direction.Be based in the UK, Romania, Spain or GermanyYou will haveExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a demonstrable ability to produce engaging contentExcellent attention to detailMinimum of 3 years’ B2B product marketing experience, preferably for SaaSExcellent time management skills and hands-on attitude.Not sure you meet all qualifications?
