This new role aims for revolutionizing our Marketing processes with marketing automation, digital-enabled content management (PIM/DAM) and state-of-the art web to position Barry Callebaut as a leader in the market. Reporting directly to the VP Digital Commercial Excellence & Sourcing, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our digital-enabled Marketing capabilities in close collaboration with the business units and Salesforce Product team.You will be the driving force behind digitally-enabled marketing based on innovative IT solutions and act as business counterpart for Marketing business stakeholders. You will be leading a digital team towards designing digital Marketing products for the business units. Your role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and the implementation of the digital marketing technology roadmap that enhances our customer experience.
