As our B2B Digital Marketing Manager you are the expert for Content Marketing and B2B campaigns at TradeLink. As part of our Demand Squad you will directly contribute to TradeLink's commercial growth by generating qualified leads, increasing organic traffic, and boosting brand awareness through data-driven campaigns. Aufgaben You use a mix of organic and paid channels, content, and team collaborations with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success, to successfully implement demand generation strategies and drive lead generation. You drive holistic campaigns across the entire funnel, including educational webinars and our company blog, to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. You plan and execute CRM-focused activities such as newsletters and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. You improve sales performance by equipping the sales team with effective tools such as slideware, email templates, brochures, and whitepapers. You monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, our website, and the leads funnel, driving a clear, actionable test-and-learn agenda. You analyze and report on KPIs and pipeline generation to identify key challenges and priorities. Qualifikation You have 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Content Marketing or Inbound Marketing in a B2B environment, including SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Email Marketing and nurturing, Email Automation, Leads Management and Nurturing. You have a strong sense for impactful content design and planning, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments. You’re able to craft compelling narratives across various formats (blogs, social media, webinars, etc.), and create content that resonates with target audiences. You have an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning your efforts with business goals. You have great interpersonal skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy independently building processes from the ground up. You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
