Title: Communications & Change Management ConsultantContract Type: 6-monthsHaybury have partnered with an established Global Pharmaceutical organization who are seeking a Communications and Change Management Consultant to support the transformation of an internal function on a freelance basis.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and deliver the change communication plan for an internal function of a Pharmaceutical company.Identify key target audiences delivering a valuable and powerful message of the changes within the function.Develop and execute internal change communication, maintaining a high engagement of the employees.Support with organizational topics related to culture within change management in line with the company's function.Support internal change management meetings, workshops, and key events ensuring that the alignment of the company's plans and goals are executed.The below competencies will help you to be successful in this role:5+ years experience within change management.Experience working with internal communications.Extensive experience developing change communication plans and executing within an organization.Pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not essential.Fluent in German and English.If you have the skills and experience for this opportunity, then please apply or email Rory your CV today to rory.pitts@hayburysearch.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
