YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE As the Head of Helpling's Performance Marketing team you will be responsible for creating a long-term strategy for all relevant channels for 7 countries and implementing it together with your team. In this key role, you will have full autonomy and will be supported by a team of world-class professionals. In detail, your mission will be as follows: Lead, mentor and develop a team of Performance Marketing experts with focus on SEA Plan, monitor and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team Identify opportunities for automation, conduct A/B tests and drive continuous improvements Analyse and interpret data to develop the most effective strategies Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in performance marketing and make sure our strategies are innovative and competitive WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business, economics or marketing In the last 5 years, you built up strong knowledge in the field of SEA; good expertise in paid social and growth marketing is required You have a data first attitude, strong analytical & experimentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with programing languages such as Python is a plus You bring leadership experience and you are passionate about developing and leading your team Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills help you to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders To fulfil this role, you need a results-oriented way of working, high level of resilience, and a proactive approach to get things done You are business fluent in English, German is a plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US The opportunity to take over a key role to drive Helpling's growth targets, working directly with the Managing Director Work-life balance: Trust-based working hours that help you manage your everyday life flexibly - despite the legal deadlines: Personal development: Work in a small team that gives you the opportunity to contribute your individual strengths and ideas and actively shape the future of Helpling.
