JOIN OUR TEAM As Director Social Mediayou will shape the global strategy of our key social channels, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, counting +11 Million followers. In this important role at the heart of our Marketing department, you will lead and develop an ambitious and dynamic team of international social media specialists to deliver engaging, innovative and on-brand content that enhances our brand recognition and drives growth. You will bring our position as ‘The Beautiful Living Company’ to life for our community. This position is unlimitedand based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DOshape the overall organic Social Media strategy for our core channels Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, aligning with our overall marketing objectives and brand identitycoach and develop a talented team of +30 international social media managers, supported by 3 direct reports (channel leads)develop and execute brave and impactful social campaigns that drive excitement and a positive brand perceptionidentify new social media growth opportunities based on latest trends and technologiespartner closely with other departments such as brand & creative, influencer marketing, product marketing, sales to ensure a cohesive brand messaging across channelsYOU COME WITHsubstantial experience (5+ years) in a leading social media role, preferably for global brands in an interior, fashion or lifestyle companyproven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube and TikToka passion for and deep knowledge of recent trends and technical developments on the platformsstrong leadership personality with experience in leading international teamsa creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and passion for interior and designstrong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality and the ability to multitask and prioritizesolid business acumen and marketing know howexcellent communication skills in EnglishWHY WESTWING Aside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
