Lead the international strategy of our Performance Marketing Team Maximize Paid Media-driven revenue by Paid Social channels and hit KPIs and OKRs Work with the Data Science and Marketing Teams, gathering insights and turning those insights into actionable strategies that the Performance Marketing Team can leverage to create marketing initiatives Constantly ideate new ways for your team to grow and improve channel efficiency Challenge our CRM department to new heights and optimise retention as well as the customer experience Utilise customer-centric metrics for personalization, evaluation, and optimization of campaign performances Navigate through a multitude of concurrent priorities and drive projects to successful completion Manage a 7-8 digit marketing budget efficiently on a monthly basis Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans, if needed Your profile You have 10+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in the e-commerce field (B2C and/or DTC) You have extensive experience in leading CRM departments You are equipped with an excellent command of English; German, French or Italian skills are a plus You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate You are experienced in Hands on paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) advertising.
