For one specific portfolio company they plan to hire a PortfolioManager (m/f/d) who will support the CEO/CRO (a former operating partner of thePE fund and ex-consultant) in all aspects of the transformation process of theportfolio firm (sales, process & production optimization, internalprocesses, etc.).The specific portfolio company in this case is an eCommerce company with€ 200 million revenue that has been acquired recently.Your TasksYou will lead projects to optimize thecompany’s processes and increase the future growthTake over interim management roles in thecompany in different functionsMid-term career perspectives: to become a future CEO of a portfoliocompany in the private equity fund with sharesWhat You Bring With You4-7 years of professionalexperience, from top-notch strategy or operational consulting firm.
